Help Wanted!

We are in the process of moving over to new membership management software, and plan to have a new and improved renewal (and membership application) system in place on time for the renewal period.

We are in need of a volunteer who can help with the database design and management for memberships. SCOA’s member database is used for almost everything we do – most importantly, for club communications and for voting. A well-designed member directory will let us communicate better with each other, too. If you have experience with setting up databases (we are using MembershipWorks, but any database experience will help), so it’s easy to keep everyone’s member data complete, secure and up to date, we’d really like to hear from you!
