SCOA 2026 Calendar Photo Contest
It is time again for the SCOA Photo Contest for the 2027 SCOA Calendar! Thanks to all of you who submitted photos for this year’s calendar! Now it’s time to prepare for our 2027 calendar. Our Digital Assets Committee and Ways and Means Committee have been working hard to bring you a new and improved Contest, and I think we have found the way to do it. Unlike in the past, we will be running all of the categories in one contest. Photos entered into the contest should fit one of the 7 categories below.
Voting will be the same as last year. Instead of voting for one photo, you will be able to rate ALL of the photos entered with star ratings from one star to five stars. The winner of the contest will grace the cover of this year’s Calendar, and the Member entering it will receive a free calendar. Seasonal photos are very welcome, so if you have hunting photos in the winter and fall, that is great. Costumes for Halloween and other holidays are great.
Photos should match one of the following categories, and I will vet all of the photos before they are considered.
1. Hunting in the field.
2. Hunting in Water.
3. Veterans.
4. Puppies
5. Enjoying Holidays & Celebrations.
6. Being Cute or Naughty.
7. Nature or Outdoor Fun
How to Enter Your Photos
This year’s photo entries may be submitted from April 1st through May 30, 2026. Photo entries can be made by clicking this link:
https://pollunit.com/polls/mxwuwdyfyoyfb0selzam6g which will take you to the photo entry page. You will only be able to see your own photos until voting begins.
Each photo entered will cost $3.00.
You may enter as many photos as often as you like until submissions end on May 30. 2026.
NO logos or copyrights may appear on submitted photos. These photos should be your own, not those of a professional photographer.
NO humans in photos.
Please include ONLY our breed in photos.
Poor-quality photos cannot be used in the calendar. Please submit only high-resolution photos. 8. Current photos only. NO photos that have been used in previous calendars.
Voting for our calendar photos will open at this link: https://pollunit.com/polls/mxwuwdyfyoyfb0selzam6g June 1st and close on June 30, 2026. Members will be able to rate all of the photos in the contest with one to five stars, and you can also assign NO stars if you wish.
Calendars are available on the Spinone Club of America website https://www.spinoneclubofamerica.com/.../2027-scoa-calendar at a lower presale price of $25 from June 1st through September 30th, 2026.
Calendars sold after September 30 will go at the full price of $30. If you order a calendar from June 1st through September 30th, you will get a confirmation email of your order.
Members in a foreign country will have to email me at aarduino@comcast.net and pay the postage on that calendar before it can be sent.
